ŚWIĄTEK 2WD dynamometers are intended to measure car powers with an inertial method.
The main advantage of this measurement method is a short measurement time and its great accuracy, which makes that these devices are mostly predestined to verify tuning modifications and diagnose cars. The dynamometer consists of: a frame including a housing and measuring rollers to be installed into a floor, a PC computer with software and a measuring unit as well as a desk for a computer, a printer and a screen..
The measuring rollers are precisely balanced and have deep knurled surface provided with a galvanic coat assuring good adhesion of the diagnosed car wheels and resistance to corrosion.
Precise diagrams enable us to read:
- engine torque
- engine power
- loss power in the driving system
- acceleration time within the preset engine rotation range
The following momentary values are displayed at the measurement time:
- vehicle speed
- engine rotational speed
- torque
- power
The dynamometer software includes a series of practical features such as saving and reading source measurements, thus allowing arbitrary analysis and conversion of diagrams, comparison of several diagrams, possibility to measure automatically gear ratio of the diagnosed car or a calculator for precise calculation of the gear ratio based on the vehicle technical data, as well as other features.
Data:
- max. speed: 260 km/h
- roller size: 315x700 mm
- dynamometer size: Mini 2700 x 1260x350 mm, Standard 3530 x 1260 x 350 mm
- dynamometer weight: Mini 950 kg, Standard 1040 kg
EXPANSION POSSIBILITY
Our dynamometers are designed in modules, it means that they may be expanded by additional functions and capabilities in the future.
In 2008 we expect to extend software features (additional purchase option) by the following features:
- diagram of the exhaust gas analysis measured with an AFR probe
- adjustment of a gas supply system
- adjustment of the petrol programmable computers
- boost pressure diagram
- measurement of power for cars with an automatic transmission
Expanding the Mini dynamometer.
By purchasing an extra drive-through frame with another set of measuring rollers, the Mini dynamometer may be expanded to obtain a versions enabling to diagnose cars with two-axis drive – 4WD in the inertial mode.
Expanding the Standard dynamometer.
The Standard dynamometer may be expanded to obtain the following versions:
- single-axis brake dynamometer with an eddy current brake
- dynamometer for measuring 4WD cars with two-axis drive in the inertial version
- dynamometer for measuring 4WD cars with two-axis drive in the brake version with two eddy current brakes
Moreover, the dynamometers in any version may be completed with additional measuring stands:
- a stand for measuring motorcycles
- a stand for braking and adjusting fabricated engines
Dynamometer Assembling.
Assembling a dynamometer is a simple operation, the only thing to do is to fasten it with steel rawlplugs.
However, it is required to make a hole in the floor beforehand, according to the documentation received from us.
The offer is valid to 2008-12-31.
