ŚWIĄTEK BIKE
Intended use of the dynamometer
The ŚWIĄTEK BIKE dynamometer is intended to control and check motorcycle power for diagnostic purposes, and it is particularly useful when verifying tuning modifications. Short measurement time guarantees that the engines are not overloaded, the measurement process is simpler, and operation of the dynamometer is easy.
Precise diagrams enable us to read:
- engine torque
- engine power
- wheel power
- acceleration time within the preset engine rotation range
Components of the dynamometer measurement kit:
- measurement platform made of aluminium with an anti-slip surface including: a measuring roller (precisely balanced, with an anti-slip surface in form of a deep knurl, covered with galvanic coat), an electronic starter, a battery and an electronic sensor collecting data (conversion into digital signal),
- adjustable mounting rail (made of acid resistant steel), intended for mounting a motorcycle front wheel
- fastening belts, protecting a motorcycle against damages at the measurement time
- measurement desk for a computer, a printer, a screen and a keyboard
- computer with an integral measuring unit and software
Technical Data:
0. max. measured power: 250 kW
1. max. speed: 320 km/h
2. measurement accuracy: below 1%
3. measurement time: 10-15s.
The dynamometer is available in three versions:
1. ŚWIĄTEK BIKE – 01, stationary dynamometer
- roller size: 400x400 mm
- dynamometer size: 2300x90x450 mm + a ramp about 2000 mm
- dynamometer weight: about 420 kg
2. – ŚWIĄTEK BIKE – 02, folded dynamometer
This dynamometer version enables us to fold the platforms after completed measurement, thus occupying less space in a workshop and facilitating transportation of the dynamometer.
equipment dimensions:
- unfolded unit including a ramp: length 4200mm, width 950mm, height 810mm
- after folding: length 1000mm, width 950mm, height 2200 mm
- dynamometer weight: 340 kg
3. ŚWIĄTEK BIKE – 03, version for building up
This version is intended for installing into the workshop floor. When comparing it to the remaining versions, it occupies the least space. It does not require any ramp, and it is very easy to drive a motorcycle ontop.
For speedway bikes
The aforementioned dynamometers may be made in a version adapted for speedway bikes, and then they are additionally equipped with a roller brake enabling to brake the roller after completed measurement.
