Our dynamometers are bulit basing on many years of experience in the design and construction of power and torque measuring devices. For their construction we use the best materials available on the market, while maintaining a very competitive price of finished products. We offer both standard and special dynamometers made on customer's order.

Our basic dynamometers offer consists of:

Our dynamometers are built in a modular way which enables any developing or assembling any sets, for example:

  • Inertial dynamometer 2WD can be upgraded into a load dynamometer by adding a brake.
  • By adding a roller set we will get an inertial dynamometer 4WD (or load 4WDH with brakes).

Dynamometers 2WD and 4WD destination:

Dynamometers 2WD and 4WD are destined for a diagnostic purpose. They are doing especially well in analysing the quality of tuning and engine modifications before an LPG installation.

Short measure time (with an inertia option), is a warranty that the engine will not be overloaded while a measure time.

An easy usage and a low labor-consumption while measurement deserve an attention.

An acceleration mode and a load mode with constant revolutions for different loads (dynamometer with a brake) controlled with a brake allows to adjust the electronic fuel injection system very precisely.

This kind of adjustment is necessary for advanced modifications.

Diagrams registered by a computer allow to read precisely the progress of:

  • Torque
  • Power
  • Injection pressure
  • AFR fumes constitution
  • Engine ratio
  • Engine starting power
  • Power on wheels
Kinds of measures:
  • Torque and power measurement in the acceleration process. The measurement is being made on highest gears (4,5), which ensures the highest precision and engine working parameters close to real ones.
  • Braking with constant revolutions. The brake automatically chooses the load to make engine maintain constant revolutions, regardless of temporal power and torque.
  • Motion resistance and power transmission system measurement which allows to check the power on the crankshaft, taking into account losses in measurement, caused by wheels turning, a gearbox and a final drive.
  • Measuring and drawing on a diagram 5 additional analog sensors of any kind, with 0-5V input signal.
  • Measuring and drawing on a diagram 2 signals from additional digital sensors of any kind.

MOTORBIKE DYNAMOMETERS

Destination of the dynamometer:

Dynamometers are destined for diagnostic purposes. They are doing especially well in analysing the quality of tuning and all kinds of engine modifications.

Short measure time (with an inertia option), is a warranty that the engine will not be overloaded while measurement time.

The dynamometer is being manufactured in 2 versions:

  1. Stationary dynamometer assembled version – ŚWIĄTEK BIKE 01

In this version of dynamometer it is possible to stow drive-on ramps after measurement,which saves the space in the workshop and makes the dynamometers transport easier.

 

Dimensions and weight of the device:

  • With drive-on ramp splayed out: 4200mm length, 950mm width, 810mm height
  • After stowing it away: 1000mm length, 950mm width, 2200mm height

2. Built-into flooring version – ŚWIĄTEK BIKE 02 

This version is destined to be permanently built-into the workshops flooring. Compared to the assembled version it takes less space. It does not require a drive-on ramp and setting a motorbike for a measurement is very simple

 

Optionally we manufacture ŚWIĄTEK BIKE 01 dynamometer in mobile version – on an universal, ultralight wagon.

ŚWIĄTEK BIKE 01 M1 AND M2 motorbike dynamometer with a transport wagon.

Can be used either as a mobile one, with a wagon, or as a separated measurement station in a workshop. 

Details of the transport wagon:

  • Loading chest dimensions – 2480/1180mm
  • Extremal width (road axle) – 1680 mm
  • Height – 880mm (without tarpaulin's construction, with tarpaulin - + 90 cm
  • Kerb mass – 180kg
  • Maximum total weight – 750kg (it is possible to register it with a lower value – set for individual hauling vehicle possibilities) 

The transport wagon is kit out with following items:

  • Floor anchors which set the dynamometer while transport.
  • Manual winch
  • Drawbars connecting the wagon with a measurement landing
  • Drive-on ramps
  • Customizable universal panel stabilising the motorbike while braking.

Mentioned adaptive works do not have any impact on a wagons usage, or transport properties. The wagon remains an universal light wagon and can be used independently of dynamometer (which will be confirmed by an extraction from the type approval certificate).

Registration of the wagon is performed individually by a customer, in a registration office appropriate to a customers living place or where the economical activity is run.

The dynamometer is constructed in a way that in a mobile version the wagon becomes a landing, where a motorbike is being placed on while measurement.(does not require workshops landing, which is in kit).

STATIONARY DYNAMOMETERS

ŚWIĄTEK stationary dynamometers are devices designed to measure the power of I.C. engines. They allow to describe the performance data of I.C. engines precisely and find usage in laboratories, tuning workshops and everywhere, where research and measurements on dismounted engines are performed.

The dynamometer can be created in an inertial version (inertia measurement), with a fly-wheel load, or load dynamometer with eddy current brake.

Precise diagrams allow to read processes of:

  • Torque
  • Engine speed
  • Engine power

 

 

Dynamometers software has a variety of useful measurement saving and loading functions from source data, which allows for any diagrams analysis, measurements comparison, results printout.

 

PROPELLER DYNAMOMETERS

Usage:

The dynamometer allows to perform a variety of airscrew propulsion research, for example:

  • Measurement of propeller propulsive power in rotational speed function.
  • Airscrew propulsion proficiency check
  • Fuel consumption and fumes constitution research
  • Airscrew propulsion durability research
  • Torque measurements
  • Engine power in rotational speed function measurement (performance data)
  • Propeller angular vibrations research
  • Other research, depending on used equipment

Educational usage:

The dynamometer can be used as a comprehensive educational and didactic station, both for propellers operating and efficiency as well as recipreocating engine operation learning.

For didactic reasons we prepare a dynamometer with an electronically controlled multiple-port injection gas engine, with possibility of changing the injection map and spark lead in engines work time.
